4. Accuracy of Information

We invest significant effort in fact-checking AI agent capabilities, pricing, and benchmarks before publication. However, the AI industry moves quickly. Specifications, pricing tiers, and feature availability change without notice. We make no warranty that information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free, and we accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of our content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content via our contact form or comments.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or other users’ access.
• Impersonate AgentDesk staff, contributors, or any third party.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, arXiv, vendor product pages, academic publishers, etc.). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visit at your own discretion.

AgentDesk may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other ad partners. These advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We do not endorse advertised products and we do not allow advertisers to influence editorial decisions.
